Wendy, eager to secure the role, targeted a well-dressed customer, Tony, but her efforts were in vain as he left without buying anything.
Back on the floor, Wendy noticed Erica assisting the old man who ended up buying three pairs. Determined not to lose, Wendy locked Erica in a closet and processed the sale herself. However, the old man, revealed as the brand’s CEO, Mr. Eaton, exposed Wendy’s deceit. He fired her on the spot and promoted Erica, who had genuinely helped him.
